ABOUT

This site was originally intended to detail my adventures during my “semester” abroad in Barcelona. Because it was cut short due to the pandemic, I decided to repurpose this site into an ongoing personal travel blog.

Even though I’m starting this blog as a 20-something year old, I am still missing lots of places I’ve traveled. Growing up, my great aunt Jackie introduced my mother to traveling, as she brought her along on her exotic vacations (Hawaii, Hong Kong, California, and more). My mom shared this passion with my father, sister and I, as we took almost yearly vacations during my childhood. We explored our heritage in Sweden and England, attempted to recreate my parents’ honeymoon in Hawaii, and filled two US National Parks Passports with stamps.

As I have (dare I say) joined them in adulthood, I have found myself traveling more. This blog is to document my international travels, in hopes to better remember the things I learned from each city, and maybe even revisit some of the areas I loved most.

So, since I’m not able to remember the details of every trip,
